I finally managed to get my hands on my dream dress ~!

It's Baby the Stars Shine Bright Flying Love from Juliet JSK. It's just so pretty and lacey and everything *^*

Yeah I'm just really happy I finally have it hanging in my closet after wanting it for almost a year. And  I  can't wait to wear it for the Baby the Stars Shine Bright Tea Party in February!

Lolita Gift Giving

Hello my dear readers,
I hope you had a nice Christmas or holiday time! I know most people are not interested in Christmas stuff anymore right after Christmas but I still wanted to write out this post as I took part in some Lolita gift-giving activities again this year ^.^

Punkangel and I exchanged Advent-calendars again :D the theme for mine was Sweet-Classic Lolita and shabby chic. On the weekdays it was filled with candy ( I ate it all :'D) and on the Sundays there were small gifts.

 

She gave my (chronological): cute pencils, a small planner for 2015, a compact mirror, a tea-egg looking like a teapot and a cute jar where a found a necklace inside. I love everything, thank you so much <3

On the Austrian Lolitas FB page we also did a Secret Santa again. 

 

I got such amazing things! Thank you Pato!

I also got lovliest things from other friends and family. Here are the one that looked the cutest :3

[I thought I should post something interesting right away hehe]
Punkangel tagged me for the Liebster Award! Those tagging games are always a great opportunity for my readers to get to know a bit more about myself so, let's start ~!

Punkangel asked me to answer the same 11 questions she got as well. Here we go :D  

1. Is there a blog which inspires you a lot? Which one?

There are several blogs which inspire me:
Parfaitdoll - because the colours and the general layout appeal to me and the topics are very interesting. It's like she has all the latest news concerning Lolita and kawaii fashion styles, very informative!
Cupcakesclothes - all the pastels and high resolution photos.
Lace a la mode - a Lolita blog with great topics and again an aesthetically pleasing layout.
Drop Dead Cute - a blog full of links and information for kawaii lovers. So great.
Scathingly Brilliant - is also great for all the pastel colours.
I also really liked the blog Good Morning Lovely but sadly it's inactive now.

You can tell, I like pastelish blogs that post interesting, informative posts and hat also have a nice appearance.
 
2. How long do you have your blog now and why?
I started blogging in 2012. I blog because I like to write and it's an creative outlet for me.

3. Which one was your best trip to a foreign country? 

Hard to say. My trip to Brussels, London, Helsinki and Prague where all great for different reasons. I think I can't  put one over the other ^.^

4. If you had one day to try out any other style which one would it be?
Gothic Lolita or Kodona.

 5. What was your strangest experience until now?
In first year of Secondary/High School my class had a trip to Krumlov. I don't  remember why but somehow our class was at the main square waiting for the teacher and because it took so long, classmates started to sit down on the floor there. While we were sitting a Japanese tourist came towards us, said 'origami' and handed me a tiny origami crane. What I found so strange about is that I was the Japan-fan in class and she gave it exactly to me, like she knew o.o 

6. Your favourite song now?

Currently FROOT from Marina and the Diamonds. It came out only some weeks ago :D

7. Did you watch a film which captivated you for a long time?
I'm sure there was one but I can't think of anything specific right now.

8. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

To be honest I have no clue. My only plans are to travel a lot in the next ten years. And yeah I want to have children and I think in ten years that would be about the right time. Seen from now at least ^-^
 

9. If you had 3 wishes what would you wish for? Of course on the condition that you cannot wish for more wishes!

I would wish for world peace, wish for the end of world hunger and keep one wish for emergencies haha ^^'

10. Did you hype an actor, a musician or someone else?

I'm not a person who hypes. I have actors and musicians I enjoy but it's not like I watch every movie they are in and have my room clustered with posters of them or something like that ^^

11. What do you like the most about your appearance?
I think that would be my eyes ^.^ such a nice deep and dark brown.

I got a Valentine ~♥

This morning, my day got brightened with a look into the Lolita Valentines community. Quite many of the Austrian Lolitas got valentines this week and there was also one for me ! (°ロ°)☝

Whoever made this, thank you so much!! It's super-cute and made me very happy! ヽ(゜∇゜)ノ

Actually already over a week ago I received my first Lolita Valentine! Normally Valentines are anonymous but I know how made mine as she made it in response to the Valentine I made for her ^__~

2013 is coming to an end and 2014 is slowly approaching. Here is my personal review and preview ^^

• I started studying at university
• My taste in Lolita fashion changed from OTT Sweet to toned down Sweet.
• I got a high quality camera as graduation present *__*
• I failed with the Lolita 52 challenge which taught me that I have more fun posting my own topics ^^

• I started collecting quotes
• I started doodling my outfits
• TV-shows & movies: 1 liter of tears, The Game of Thrones, The Hobbit DoS, Harry Potter, The Secret World of Arriety, Wreck it Ralph

• I tried auto-scooter for the first time

Pages from the Innocent World Anniversary Mook

This week my Innocent World Mook arrived :D As many other Lolitas from Austria I bought it because pictures from the IW Tea Party Vienna are in it. To be honest I was a bit disappointed about that part...they gave the Tea Party only one page with ten mini pictures in rather bad quality :') but therefore the other parts of the Mook impressed me more than I thought they would :D
It's very inspirational with lots of high quality photo-shoots. For those of you who didn't manage to get a copy I recorded a little video showing some of my favourite pages ♥

At the end of the Mook pictures under the theme 'Day by Day' are shown. Besides photos there are also short texts fitting the four seasons.

The Spring one is so cute I wanted to share it:

To find Spring, I jump over puddles, run bare foot and lie on the grass.

I will be happy feeling Spring in the air...

if only in my mind. ♥

Japanese models/designers on instagram

If you think that instagram is a boring app where random people post pictures of their food and cats then let me prove you wrong. I love instagram because many quite well known models and designers from Japan have accounts there. Here are the ones I have found so far  ♥

@angel_amo

AMO, the well known model who currently designed a collection for the brand Candy Stripper.
AMO's instagram is a mixture of outfit posts, sweets and vintage-y
things.

@kurebayashii

Kurebayashi, who is often seen in streetsnaps and models for the fashion magazine KERA.

Sadly, her instagram is inactive for several weeks now.

@kyarypamyupamyu

I think we all know her. Not really as a model but as singer Kyary gained popularity all over the world. Her instagram is full of her face in all kind of wigs and hairstyles.

I discovered Misako's instagram only lately but it seems to be full of cute selcas and odds and ends of her daily life.

@rinrindoll

RinRin, model for Angelic Pretty and KERA who is admired for making it in Japan even though she wasn't born there. On here instagram you will find pics from shootings and events she has been to.

To be honest, I only recently found out about Risa. She seems to work at a clothing store called Katie, at least she posts many pictures from there.
