☆ Imyourpresent Review ☆

Hello Sweethearts!
Lately I'm really into sugary-sweet things again, so I decided to give the infamous 'Sweetheart Earrings' by the etsy-seller imyourpresent a go!

The order came with a lot of freebies: a postcard, a coupon code for the next order, stickers, candy and cute ice cream earrings (◡‿◡✿)

Contac&Ordering Process: The order goes through etsy. It's an easy to use shopping cart-system. No problems here.
 Rate: ❤❤//

Shipping: I ordered at the 16.October and they arrived about two weeks later, at the 29.October. Shipping to Austria was 9$. Shipping time and price are ok considering that imyourpresent is located in the US.
❤//

Sorry for the crappy phone-pic ^^''

Quality: One of the earrings was broken when it arrived at my place. At imyourpresent's page it's stated that you can contact them if you got damaged items but I decided to repair them myself. Nothing a bit of glue can't fix ^__~ What also bothers me a bit is the backside of the earrings as it looks a bit..idk off? It won't be really visible when I wear them as my hair covers the back but what if somebody has shorter hair or wants to wear them with a hair updo? Maybe I'm a spoiled Lolita who is used to good quality but I wasn't 100% satisfied here.
//

Conclusion: I like the earrings, and regarding how many freebies you get with your order it's not that expensive. If you order just keep in mind that there are some smaller flaws.
Total:  ❤//

What do you think of big earrings?
Cute or too much?

Paper Doll Artbook Review

I did a group order for three girls from the Austrian Lolita Comm and myself for the Paper
Doll Lolita Fashion Artbook. It features drawings from several Lolita artists. So much eyecandy!

Contact: The whole process went through storenvy. It's a shoppingcart system, so no direct contact with the shop owner is needed.
Rate: ❤❤//

Shipping process: I preordered the books and they were shipped out on the 8.October as expected. They arrived seven days later, on the 15. October. Shipping was on the pricier side for us, as they are located in Canada but that's why we did the grouporder in the first place.
Rate: ❤❤//

The books came with a postcard each, a businesscard and a cute note from the shop owner. <3

Quality: The pages and prints in the book are good quality, couldn't find any flaws.
Alltogether it features 13 artists who have quite different drawing styles, so it holds many surprises. It has an index at the back telling whitch drawings are by which artist.
Rate: ❤❤//

Conclusion: I would order again!

Mintkismet Commodities & Swimmer Review

Already some time ago I ordered a SWIMMER bag through an storenvy shop called mintkismet commodities.
The same day the lace gloves I ordered through another storenvy shop arrived to, so this will be a three-in-one review. I will review mintkismet commodities service, the SWIMMER bag itself and the gloves (◕‿◕✿)

Minkismet Commdities (MCK) is run by two girls, Danielle who lives in Oregon/USA and Sou who lives in Japan. Sou only receives the items and sends them to Danielle. The shipping costs you pay is the one from Oregon to your place. If you order via storenvy you won't have much contact with either of them and if you have to message them it's always Danielle whom you are in contact with.

It was in May that MKC had a preorder for two SWIMMER bags (here) and (here). The actually only offered the handbag version of the bag I ordered but I decided to be blunt and ask them if it was possible for them to get me the shoulder bag. They said it was no problem and set up a custom listing for me (◕‿◕✿)

I paid on 5th May.
On 20th May the bag arrived at Sou's place.
Then I had to wait a little because there were other things Sou also
wanted to ship to Oregon that hadn't arrived yet.
On 4th June the bag arrived at Danielle's place.
She shipped it one day later and on 12th June it finally arrived at my place.

During the whole process the contact was very nice and she answered fast.
I also asked her if it wasn't easier to send the bag to me directly from Japan as I live in Europe but she said that it's better for her this way. It doesn't really effect the price you pay so I didn't mind.

I would order from MKC again!

Now onto the bag!

I love this bag so much!  It's cute and also really roomy. Just as I expected based on the other SWIMMER bag I own. It seems to be sturdy but I didn't use it yet.
To me SWIMMER bags are superior to all bags you can get on taobao. SWIMMER bags are original designs, really roomy and same or lower in price as common Lolita bags from taobao.
If I lived in Japan I would shop there all the time. I love SWIMMER so much (◡‿◡✿)

Last but not least, the gloves.:

I ordered them here. They are as shown in the stock picture and regarding the price they are great. I maybe will spice up the end of the gloves a bit but altogether I'm satisfied. (Not to mention they came in a cute Little Twin Stars packaging )

So I hope this post was helpful!
Do you own something from SWIMMER?

Kira Imai 'Gekko Shoujo' Tights Review

A few days ago I received another beautiful pair of tights, Kira Imai's Gekko Shoujo tights ~!

I ordered through a page called AkaTako.net I didn't know the page before but I gave it a try.
I ordered on 7th May and they arrived on 14th May, so it took exactly a week. I was positively surprised by that as I chose the cheapest shipping method!
Shipping, packaging and order process get's five of five ♡/

My order + flyers and a cute note from the shop owner (◕‿◕✿)
While writing this review I saw that the tights are now sold out. Seems like I got the last pair. OMG (°ロ°)☝
I also ordered Tama postcards, find them here

View more of Tama's creepy artworks here
(Be aware that some of them can be really scary ʘ‿ʘ )

Now onto the tights:

Like the Sakizo tights they come with a beautiful artwork!
They are recommended for people around 155-165cm in height and can be handwashed at 30°C

The print on the tights is very nice in general, just the merry-go-round on the right leg looks kinda odd ~

As always there are lot of beautiful details that will never be visible. Like the cute teddies on the toes and some pretty roses on the heel part of the tights ; ^ ;

The print on the front and back is different.

In conclusion, I love them very much and would order them again (◡‿◡✿) It will be a great addition to my Sweet Lolita outfits (I love them with my Angelic Pretty skirt already ). Only downside is the badly printed part.

BTW, they seem to be in-stock on this Japanese page if you want to go for buying them through a shopping service.

I hope you liked this review!

Sakizo 'Under The Dress' Tights Review

Already at the beginning of this month I ordered the beautiful Under The Dress tights from one of my favourite artists, Sakizo!

The ordering process goes via alice-books.com, a site that ships internationally. So no shopping service needed wohoo! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧*:・゚✧
I ordered on 3th April, paid on the 8th and my order was shipped out on 10th April.
It arrived five days later, on 15th April.
Shipping was about 1000 yen.
Price and speed of shipping are totally acceptable!

The tights are one size 'M-L'
On the websites it says height from 155 to about 165cm.
I'm 160 cm tall and I agree there is still some room left! ヽ(゜∇゜)ノ

As always, beautiful details at the upper part of the tights that will never be visible xD

The print is super-beautiful. (◡‿◡✿)
The tights can be washed at 30°C hand-wash!

As you can see, when worn the lighter details of the print are hardly visible. I don't mind it personally,
the berry print alone is very beautiful  but you maybe want to keep that in mind when ordering.

In conclusion, I'm very satisfied with my order and I already have my eyes on the
Romantic Jewel tights that are released next month!  (´・ω・`)

Modes4u Review

In this post I want to review my modes4u.com order. Actually, I wanted to do a group order because modes4u offers free shipping for orders over 60€ but we were so far from that 60€ that we decided to order separately.
This is what I ordered:

Two letter sets and a sticker sheet.
With every modes4u order you get a free deco-tape (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

I ordered on 29th March and my order arrived today, 11th April.
They ship from Hong Kong so two weeks is totally acceptable!

Inside the envelope, the order was wrapped in this cute bag :3

I was positively surprised that the sticker sheet contains two sheets with different motives!
I was expecting only one sheet ^^

'My only Rilakkuma' letter set. It contains sheets with four different motives, ten of each motive and four designs of envelopes, five of each. The Eiffel Tower details are so cute

And the strawberry letter set. It comes with four designs, eight of each and four envelope designs, four of each. It also contains a stripe of seals with surely will end up in my scrapbook  (◡‿◡✿)

The downside of modes4u is that if you are under the said 60€, shipping is quite expensive. For every item you add to your cart shipping will be added, so the more you buy the more you pay. Shipping for bigger items (like letter sets) is also more than for the smaller items ¬_¬
Still I buy from modes4u as they offer such a variety of kawaii things!

I had letter sets like these before and I have to state they last quite long. I had mine for about two years :3

Did you guys ever buy from modes4u?
What did you order?

Happymori Phone Case Review

Today I want to do a short review about the phone case I ordered on eBay. (✿◠‿◠)
I ordered it on 7th February and it arrived on 21st February. So the shipping took exactly two weeks.

I bought this super cute case from a brand called Happymori. The eBay seller is called celligirl.
It's hard to find a case for my Samsung Galaxy S2 as it is such an old version so I was very happy to see that they offer it.

In the product picture it looks like you get a typical case for the back for the phone but it actually has a front part!

The back part can't be used alone so you maybe want to consider this before buying.

The phone case came in a cute packaging of which I didn't take photos because I ripped it off as soon as it arrived (^^;)

I haven't used it for too long yet but it seems sturdy and able to protect my phone.

Altogether I'm very happy with my purchase and would by from that eBay seller again!
I recommend searching Happymori on eBay as there is a huge variety of designs available.

P.S. This review wasn't sponsored or anything ^__~
